Responsibilities

• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Install and configure new hardware and software.
• Add, remove, or update user account information, including resetting passwords.
• Support Approval to Operate (ATO) requirements.
