Agile Defense in Fort Bragg, NC seeks an Information Assurance & Compliance Specialist I to maintain ATOs for Army Reserve systems. You will work under a team lead with autonomy for process improvements and cybersecurity tasks, interpreting NIST and DoD guidance.

The role requires Sec+ certification, an active US Secret clearance, and travel up to 25%. A bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience and strong MS Office skills are expected. Target salary $45k–$50k annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field or two years of applicable experience.
• Ability to develop, create and deliver briefings to management personnel.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (MS Project, Word, OneNote, Access, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity principles, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity or compliance frameworks, such as NIST, RMF, or similar standards, is a plus.
• Active Sec+ certification required
• Willingness and ability to travel to USAR sites to perform Site Assistance Visits (SAV) (10%-25% Travel)
• Must have an active US Secret security clearance to start

Responsabilités

• Operate as part of a team that handles DISA security requirements and rapid changes to secure networks.
• Provide input to government periodic evaluation reports covering goals, targets, delivery status and effectiveness.
• Produce and maintain standard service reports including threat assessments and compliance reports.
• Develop and maintain monthly Service Audits and improvement recommendations.
• Conduct service audits to identify improvements and prepare audit reports.
• Prepare input for government reports on security program effectiveness.
• Participate in Cybersecurity Training Program.
• Coordinate project tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
