Huntington Ingalls Industries: Mission Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks several Technicians to support DoD contracts, onsite. Responsibilities include design support, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, delivery, and maintenance of trainers and test systems for Army and Navy.

Role requires an AA Degree with 1 year of related experience or a HS diploma with 3 years, plus Secret clearance. Opportunity to grow in a multi-domain defense environment within HII.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in related discipline with 1 year of related experience or HS diploma with 3 years experience.
• Secret Security Clearance required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, tests, and maintains equipment and systems.
• Works from schematics and engineering drawings; follows written instructions.
• Operates related equipment and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; assists with modifications as directed.
