Huntington Ingalls Industries: Mission Technologies is seeking several Technicians to support DoD trainers and test systems, onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. Roles involve design, build, troubleshooting, delivery, maintenance, and support of equipment for Army and Navy contracts.

Ideal candidates have an AA degree with related experience or a high school diploma with relevant experience, and must obtain Secret security clearance at hire.

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required at hire
• AA degree plus 1 year of related experience or High School Diploma plus 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
