Job summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Program Analyst, Journeyman to support the NAVAIR program office at Pax River, MD. The role involves program management, technical and business analysis for acquisition, development, and sustainment of strike weapons. Requires DoD acquisition familiarity and strong analytical and communication skills.

The position supports preparation of PID, CDRLs, AP/J&A/SOW, and GFP, using AMS/PMT tools. Bachelor’s degree required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; DoD acquisition experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytic techniques to evaluate and assess program objectives with alignment to mission goals.
• Analyze program budgets, schedules, and requirements to support decision-making.
• Collect data related to aircraft/weapon acquisition for program assessments and reporting.
• Support program development and sustainment activities through data insights.
• Follow government documentation processes for change control and data management.
