Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join the team in Dahlgren, VA. The candidate will manage classified material in support of NSWC DD H53 and coordinate disposal with relevant groups.

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance and strong organization for inventory, media handling, and documentation processes. Hours vary; personnel can expect a dynamic schedule in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disposal of excess or non-functioning equipment with applicable groups.
• Maintain SSDL Hardware Inventory Database with updates and monthly inventories.
• Deliver SSDL materials and equipment to Government customers and collect classified items from the mailroom.
• Prepare materials for destruction/reuse in accordance with procedures; coordinate media destruction to NSA.
• Provide reproduction services for hardcopy/electronic files; photocopying/scanning for internal requests.
• Input database updates and generate inventory status reports after media inventories.
