Job summary

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a Combat Vehicle Mechanic (SCA) to join our team supporting the SGT Stout program. You will perform maintenance on the Stryker platform and related equipment, and work with MEP systems to ensure mission readiness for deployable assets.

The role requires an Active Secret security clearance and CDL Class A or B preferred, with 3–5 years of tactical vehicle maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security clearance required.
• CDL Class A or B preferred.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience on tactical/combat vehicles; Stryker experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on Stryker platform, Mission Equipment Package (MEP) and related equipment.
• Assist team members with issues in technical areas as required.
• De-process Stryker equipment and modifications in Poland under USG supervision.
• Quality checks of vehicles per de-processing sheets and TI forms.
• Vehicle familiarization including PMCS, crew station operations and maintenance procedures.
• Assist and support USG personnel as directed.
• Promote a safe workplace with proper PPE and health & safety practices.
