Job summary

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, installing, testing, and maintaining copper and fiber optic cabling systems in secure environments. The role requires active Secret clearance and involves 50-75% travel, typically two weeks on and two weeks off.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity issues, adhering to military standards, and supporting infrastructure upgrades across Army facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher required.
• Experience in secure, mission-critical environments.
• Ability to work in both field and facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Perform cable routing, labeling, and documentation according to standards.
• Conduct testing and certification of cabling infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Support network infrastructure upgrades and relocations.
