Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC seeks an AI Integration Analyst at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, to develop and integrate AI and Generative AI solutions for mission operations. You will design RAG pipelines, test and evaluate AI tools, and document procedures for stakeholders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a technical field, 1–3 years in related roles, and at least 1 year of AI experience. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech discipline is required.
• 1–3 years in software integration, systems analysis, automation, or data analytics.
• At least 1 year developing/integrating AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Foundational AI concepts and data analytics knowledge.
• Familiarity with Python/SQL or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, configure, test, and evaluate AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and improve RAG and agent-based workflows.
• Design RAG pipelines with ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and response generation.
• Conduct testing and data analysis to assess AI tools and models.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and implementation plans.
• Manage multiple technical activities and deadlines.
