Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. in Kapolei, Hawaii, seeks a Tactical Data Link & Communications Electronics Technician (Engineering Technician IV) to support FTEC operations.

You will operate government test equipment, develop EW/test scenarios, analyze data, troubleshoot, and maintain readiness of test assets at Kapolei with fly-away support to Guam. The role requires an active SECRET clearance, a high school diploma, and 4–6 years in Navy ET or related electronic test environments.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required to be considered.
• High school diploma required.
• Certifications: TACAN Operator/Supervisor within 1 year; AN/ULM-4 Operator within 1 year (training provided).
• 4–6 years of progressive electronics/test equipment experience in DoD or Navy settings.
• Knowledge of Navy test procedures, EW systems, SESEF/TNAC/SSRNM programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate government-owned test and evaluation equipment to support EW and fleet system testing.
• Plan and develop test scenarios and analyze test data.
• Provide fly-away support to Guam and other locations.
• Assist with maintenance, calibration, and repair of test equipment.
• Maintain inventory, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support audits and government interactions.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
