Job summary

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Program Manager in Virginia Beach, VA to provide comprehensive program oversight, budgeting and tasking for contract tasks, with responsibility for CDRLs and semiannual reviews.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and a minimum of seven years of PM experience (or five years with a bachelor’s degree in business or finance). Virginia Beach is the location and there is a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years program management experience, or a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of program management experience.
• A bachelor's degree in business or finance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides programmatic oversight to include tasking, budgeting, monitoring & reporting of all contract tasks, management of contract deliverables to include Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), and participating in semiannual program reviews.
• Interfaces with PMS 485 Logistics personnel, Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as required.
