Job summary

Serco is recruiting a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and sustain low-code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for Navy mission and admin workflows. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with on-site work at Arlington, VA three days a week. You will integrate platforms with Navy systems, ensure security compliance, and collaborate with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure,

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year industry programming experience outside of school.
• At least 6 months experience developing production solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• On-site at Arlington, Virginia three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports for Navy workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and secure APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Navy security policies, STIGs, accreditation/ATO requirements.
• Implement Dataverse data models, manage connectors, and design secure data access.
• Perform solution validation, testing, and production cutover support.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize performance.
• Participate in design reviews and provide user training and runbooks.
