Job summary

PSCI located in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a skilled Microelectronics Assembler Level 2 for a contract role on the 2nd shift (M-TH 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM) with potential for long-term employment. You will assemble and test cutting-edge products using precision tools and work instructions, ensuring quality and traceability.

Must be a US citizen and able to obtain an interim secret clearance. The position is onsite, non-exempt, and pays $25.00/hr for a 4/10 work week with an end date of 2/26/2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instructions and drawings.
• Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and test equipment to meet quality requirements.
• Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and procedures.
• Work with microscopic to large components that may require visual magnification.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to assemble and adjust parts.
• Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve throughput and drive continuous improvement.
