Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an Inventory Manager in Coronado, CA to support government logistics programs. You will assist the Range Department with day-to-day and long-term logistics needs and develop an accurate inventory of government property.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recent military supply/logistics experience are required. Familiarity with the Navy, DPAS, and GCPC is preferred. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of military supply and logistics management experience within the last 10 years.
• Familiarity with the Navy is preferred.
• Experience with DPAS and GCPC programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Range Department in meeting range-specific logistics requirements and day-to-day logistics needs.
• Develop and maintain an accurate inventory of personal property.
• Provide staff assistance to departmental Responsible Officers for inventory management.
• Review range assets reports and conduct monthly DPAS property audits.
• Assist in developing range project acquisition packages and procurement requests.
• Monitor inventory status, material requests, and receipts of services.
• Assist in Government purchase card approval transactions.
• Document and reconcile monthly requests/expenditures in the N9 Department with the Budget Analyst.
• Develop Equipment Life Cycle Management Plans using current procedures.
