Job summary

Bellevue Community Schools is seeking a World Language educator for Bellevue Jr/Sr High School for the 2026-27 school year. The position is a professional, 182-work-day contract, with duties including planning, delivering and assessing world language instruction.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, a valid Michigan teaching certificate, and an appropriate World Language endorsement, and must pass a background check. Salary is per the BEA Master Agreement.

• Maintain knowledge of the academic, social and emotional needs of learners
• Use research-based instructional strategies that address the full range of cognitive levels
• Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in adjusting instruction to meet student needs
• Engage students in varied experiences that meet diverse needs and promote social, emotional, and academic growth
• Maintain regular communication with parents utilizing email, phone calls, and conferences
