Qualifications

• Hold a New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate endorsements.
• Experience teaching and working with children.
• Knowledge of content and ability to organize lessons for secondary students.
• Understanding of child growth, instructional strategies, classroom management and assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Residency in New Jersey or waiver; willing to obtain residency within one year.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing.
• Clear ethics, health, and suitability including background checks and Mantoux test.

Responsibilities
