• Experience supporting or leading school-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing the school's goals, policies, and procedures.
• Support the Principal in managing the overall operations and administration of the school.
• Lead instructional leadership and monitor student progress and interventions.
• Recruitment, evaluation, and development of staff; coordinate professional development.
• Engage with students, families, and the community to promote student success and well-being.
• Oversee student conduct and ensure adherence to district policies.
