Qualifications

Prefer teaching experience at the Secondary level.
Prefer online course participation experience.
Demonstrated successful experience utilizing technology as an instructional tool.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve common technical computer use issues.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with at-risk youth.
Demonstrated successful communication skills with various stakeholders.
Demonstrated success as a collaborator and proven team player.
Knowledge of Michigan Grade Level and High School Content Expectations.
Responsibilities
Facilitate individualized online courses for credit recovery.
Enroll students in and navigate Edgenuity course management.
Monitor student achievement via online reports.
Coach and encourage students toward successful course completion.
Manage student behavior independently.
