Qualifications

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate
• Special Education endorsement in any disability area
• General Education Certification in a core academic subject
• Michigan’s Highly Qualified requirements for Special Education teachers

Responsibilities

• Instruct students with IEPs in a secondary resource room setting.
• Maintain confidentiality and engage in professional development as required by the State of Michigan.
• Collaborate with the Special Education Supervisor and school staff to support student learning.
