Job summary

Waterville-Elysian-Morristown High School is seeking a 2026-2027 Secondary School Paraprofessional to support students during the school day. The role includes supervision and targeted academic and behavioral assistance, which may be one-to-one or in small groups under an IEP.

Starting pay range is $16.21–$19.65 per hour. Hours run from 7:45 am to 3:20 pm while school is in session, with pay and duties consistent with district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year or 4-year degree, or relevant experience, or completion of Paraprofessional Classification Exam.
• Provides academic and behavioral support to students throughout the day.
• Support may be one-to-one or in small groups under an IEP.
