Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a Master's in counseling or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must be licensed by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction in counseling or eligible to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to meet students' developmental, preventive, and remedial needs.
• Coordinate counseling services for students and assist with student services in the school.
• Assist teachers with the Guidance Curriculum and with the learning management system for online programs.
• Accurately interpret test results and student data to support educational planning and placement.
