Job summary

Roll Forming Corporation in the United States (IN/Jeffersonville) is seeking production workers to operate saws, benders, and other equipment to meet customer requirements per work orders, blueprints and diagrams.

Earn $21.00 to $24.75 per hour with potential overtime and shift premiums. 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 2nd shift 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful; ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and 75 lbs as needed is required.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $24.75 Hourly

Seeking production workers who will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to operating saws, benders, and other production equipment to meet customer requirements as specified by work order, blueprints and diagrams of the part.

Summary

Under general supervision, performs a broad range of production tasks including machine operation, material processing, equipment setup, quality checks, and documentation. This master role integrates responsibilities from both locations to outline a comprehensive, unified Secondary Operator position.

Earning potential: Starting at $21.00/hr. and goes up to $24.75/hr. (3yr rate) plus shift premium when applicable.

Hours/Shifts: 1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday to Friday with overtime as needed

2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:30AM Monday to Friday with overtime as needed

Education/Experience/Skills

• One-to-three months related experience, including: manufacturing or similar environment as parts loader/unloader, machine operator and/or part inspector.
• Computer Skills are required - to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software and ability to learn how to new programs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 regularly and 75 lbs. as needed.
• Must be able to work shift assigned and overtime as needed.

Preferred Applicants Will Also Have

• Consistent experience in manufacturing
• Preferred experience includes machine set-up, perform part inspections, and reading blueprints
