R&L Spring Company in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking dependable Secondary Operators for our 3rd shift manufacturing teams. In this role you will support production by operating secondary equipment, inspecting parts, and helping ensure quality products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with various secondary manufacturing processes
• Set up and tend equipment used in secondary operations
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow written work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation
• Complete production paperwork and traveler documentation accurately
• Monitor machines for failures and make adjustments as needed
• Notify supervisors or Quality when nonconformances or quality concerns are identified
• Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, and handling finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
