Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Secondary Operations Technician to finish metal components. You’ll bend, trim, hand‑wind, and operate punch presses on small parts while ensuring parts meet customer specifications.

Secondary Operations Technician, Metal ComponentsDo you enjoy precision work and seeing tangible results at the end of your shift? At Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc., you’ll handle small metal parts and springs, bringing them to final form through careful finishing and secondary operations.Imagine ThisYou’re assigned a new order. The job traveler outlines the steps—bend here, trim there, a quick hand-wind, a short punch press cycle, then pre-set. You check bends, hooks, welds, and dimensions with basic gauges, count the completed parts, and record production. Anything questionable? You loop in your supervisor or the Quality team.
