Job summary

McDonald's restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist management in keeping the interior and exterior areas clean and the equipment well-maintained. You will perform daily tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and well-functioning store environment, supporting shifts with cleanup and upkeep.

Responsibilities include oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, trash handling, and basic equipment servicing.

Secondary Maintainence is an evening shift. Secondary Maintainence assists Primary Maintainance with repairs; daily, weekly, and monthly maintainence on restaurant equipment; assists with cleaning; and completes truck orders.

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor (if applicable)
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, drive-thru pads, and building
• Assist with stock up for shifts
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities will also be required
• Must have ability to lift 50 pounds at a minimum
