Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep interiors and exteriors clean and equipment in good working order at our MD restaurant. You’ll assist with daily cleaning, equipment upkeep, and basic maintenance tasks to support restaurant operations.

This role offers no experience required, extensive training, and benefits including tuition assistance, health contributions, free meals, uniforms, and advancement opportunities, with a flexible schedule and weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires cleaning and upkeep of restaurant interior and exterior to support operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2-3 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
