Job summary

ETS Laboratories in St. Helena, CA, is seeking a Laboratory Technician on the second shift to support a fast-paced, high-throughput wine analysis environment. You will perform sample prep, daily lab tasks, and instrument start-up, calibration, and troubleshooting as part of a small team in our world‑class facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field required.
• Practical experience in a high-throughput production laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• Availability to work flexible schedules when required, especially during peak analytical seasons.

Responsibilities

• Sample and reagent preparation.
• Daily laboratory support tasks.
• Wet chemistry and manual chemistry analyses.
• Instrument start‑up, calibration, operation, and shut‑down.
• Identifying instrument problems and performing routine troubleshooting.
