Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Williamsburg, VA is hiring immediately for 2nd shift Warehouse Unloader positions. As an Unloader, you will safely stack boxes into or out of trailers, and operate hand trucks or pallet jacks when needed.

This role offers weekly pay ranging from $17 to $22 per hour, with potential to earn an additional $5 per hour through production incentives. Candidates should be reliable, able to stand all shift, and work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse loading/unloading experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry, push, pull products.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Experience working with RF scanners and computers.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal, written and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload, repack, and load containers with warehouse goods and products.
• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications.
• Operate equipment to move materials around the warehouse.
• Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
