Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking unloader/warehouse worker to join our team. Our operation is simple; you will be working in teams of two to unload 3-4 trailers per day. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of unloading heavy boxes and be familiar with basic unloading protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Picking up 50-150 lbs. boxes off a trailer floor and placing them onto an appropriately sized wooden pallet (By Hand).
• When the pallet is complete, place a top sheet on and a light layer of plastic wrap.
• Move the pallet using a pallet jack to the designated area.
• Get another pallet and repeat until the trailer is empty. Sweep the trailer and clean your work area.
• Work as a two-person team to unload trailers, aiming to unload 3-4 trailers per team; typical trailer workload 160 to 5000 boxes.
• Average time per trailer is 2-3 hours (some trailers can take 3-4 hours max).

Pay

• Paid per trailer (payout varies based on the quantity of boxes in that trailer).
• The faster/more efficient you are, the more you earn.
• The average unloader can make $500 to $700 in a week.
