Job summary

BIC World in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Operator III for the 2nd shift to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate RF scanners, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety in all activities.

Responsibilities include consolidating stock, replenishment, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following SOPs and safety rules. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse experience.
• Willingness to become certified in warehouse equipment.
• Good oral and written communication skills; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners and forklifts to pick, pack, and move products per system directions.
• Consolidate, replenish, palletize, and locate pallets per production standards.
• Pull and assemble orders for shipment to customers; unload incoming materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow SOPs.
