This role requires coordinating picking, checking, and loading while adhering to food-safety standards and coaching a team. You will collaborate with supervisors to drive performance and safety on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to operate stand‑up forklifts.
• Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Fluency in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded
• Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture
• Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed
• Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps
• Submit route paperwork to invoicing team
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned
