TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking a Second Shift Semi-Trailer Technician/Mechanic in Edwardsville, IL to diagnose and repair a range of trailers, including dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, welding and fabrication as needed, adhere to DOT and safety standards, and document work orders. Weekly pay and sign-on bonus highlight the opportunity with TEN.

Formación

• Experience as a Trailer Technician or Trailer Mechanic, Diesel/Fleet Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on trailer repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of brake, suspension, hydraulic, electrical, and DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and use diagnostic equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine trailer servicing.
• Repair or replace brake systems, suspensions, axles, landing gear, and wheel-end components.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, wiring, and electrical components.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate work orders.
