Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable Security Officer for a permanent second-shift assignment at a gated residential lakefront community in Auburn, PA. This role offers a consistent weekly schedule in a structured, professional environment with a long-term assignment.

You will patrol the community, monitor access, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service to residents. The position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Security experience preferred but not required.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the community during the shift.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
