Officers will maintain a visible security presence, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents or resident concerns as needed, while delivering courteous customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the residential community.
• Monitor entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
• Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
