Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring Private Security Guards for full-time night shifts in Philadelphia, PA (11pm–7am, Sunday to Wednesday). The role requires a valid driver’s license, 2+ years in security, and experience with CCTV systems.

Duties include patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and daily reporting to management. We require a High School diploma, strong observation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license (clean/valid).
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer or Guard.
• Knowledge of local, regional, and state security guidelines.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
• First Aid and Basic Life Saving (BLS) training.
• Self-defense training.
• Strong report writing and clear verbal communication.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Routine security & safety patrol of property and structures to ensure order and establish a security presence.
• Verify and track access credentials of residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries to the property.
• Ensure all exits, doors, and windows are secure and functioning.
• Monitor and track surveillance cameras (CCTV) to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Respond to, investigate, and assess notifications, communications, and alarms.
• Provide security related assistance and support to residents, guests and vendors in need.
• Report uninvited guests, suspicious possessions, and all unlawful acts to the proper authorities.
• Create and submit daily surveillance and incident reports to Planned Security Services management.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
