Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a Team Member to support cutting material on the production line. You will follow blueprints, prep materials, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include getting cut lists, calling for material, prepping, cutting, and organizing stock. This hourly role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to read a tape measure; prior manufacturing exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding education or experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
