O'Neal Manufacturing Services in Houston, TX, seeks a QA Technician for second shift to perform quality audits, calibrations, and documentation ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015. You will interpret drawings, support SPC, and work with engineering to optimize inspections.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing QC, GD&T proficiency, and experience with FARO/CMM, PolyWorks, and GAGEpack. Training on first/second shift will be provided, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits and tests with proper records.
• Calibrate measurement equipment and maintain docs.
• Interpret drawings and specifications for quality standards.
• Assist in developing inspection procedures and reports.
• Support SPC and process control activities.
• Inspect materials, parts, and welds per standards.
• Prepare work instructions and participate in Kaizen.
