Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a QA Inspector to inspect electronic and electro‑mechanical assemblies for conformance to specifications at our Richardson facility.

The role is on the second shift (2:30 pm–1:00 am) with occasional extended hours and Saturday work, training during first shift will be required. Use micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools; maintain ERP records; and participate in audits to ensure quality procedures in an ISO 9001 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electronic and electromechanical assemblies, sub‑assemblies, components, and devices for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Use drawings, schematics, and specs to assure product conformance.
• Visually inspect units during in‑process and final inspection.
• Maintain inspection records in the ERP database.
• Support audits of inspection systems and hardware for quality procedures.
