Job summary

kdc/one Chatsworth is seeking a Pump Sanitizing Technician I to clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble pumps, tanks, and processing equipment used in cosmetics, personal care, and home care production. You will follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and support FDA and cGMP compliance in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure equipment readiness and product safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, sanitation, maintenance, or production preferred.
• Able to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Work independently and as part of a team; strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, sanitize, inspect, and reassemble pumps, tanks, valves, and related equipment.
• Follow SOPs to ensure cleanliness and product safety.
• Maintain sanitation logs and documentation per GDP and cGMP.
• Perform basic maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Operate forklifts and move sanitized equipment as needed.
