Job summary

Sibelco Group in Kansas City is seeking an Operator (second shift) to manage installation operations, monitor production, and uphold quality standards. The role requires basic high school education, forklift experience, and technical English for reading procedures.

You will perform quality checks, adjust production as needed, and enter data into the IT system while supporting maintenance tasks and safety practices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations following procedures and policies; monitor to ensure semi-finished products meet specs.
• Attend to alerts and fixes, ensuring continuous production.
• Perform multiple quality checks on products to meet process requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with staff to ensure qualitative output.
• Control output volume of each installation and monitor production data.
• Carry out auxiliary tasks and follow supervisor directions in production.
• Assist maintenance technicians and electricians in maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to sustain production.
• Enter production data into the IT system as required.
• Ensure proper use and safekeeping of PPE per safety policy.
