Qualifications

• Associate degree or 10+ years supervisory experience in pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency with Kronos, Veeva, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production personnel and Lead Operators.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, vacations, and overtime.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action when appropriate.
• Lead daily production meetings with focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to meet production goals.
• Support labor relations activities, including union environments when applicable.
