Kindeva Drug Delivery in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Operator to join our aseptic production team on second shift.

In a clean room, you will support setup, disassembly and operation of high‑speed equipment, prepare components, and assist in improving and maintaining equipment with cGMP standards. The role requires following SOPs, logging accurate results, and collaborating with maintenance and quality groups to ensure process reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; Associates or Technical Degree preferred.
• Must read and comprehend instructions, and present information clearly in small groups.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and use common fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Follow aseptic/sterile/cGMP techniques at all times.
• Meet cleanroom gowning requirements and adhere to aseptic principles.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and document results accurately.
• Unload sterilizers, verify counts, and assign components to batches.
• Prepare solutions and perform housekeeping per SOPs.
• Operate assigned machines and aseptic equipment; perform adjustments.
