Job summary

John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is seeking a Second Shift supervisor for the Stevens, PA location to oversee production activities and support a fast-paced refrigerated operation. You will help with day-to-day processes, ensure on-time production, and assist machine operators to meet schedules.

You must be detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to train staff, monitor quality, and enforce safety policies while coordinating shift coverage and teamwork to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be detailed and quality-oriented in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.
• Ability to train employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to monitor quality control and productivity standards.
• Must be able to work with staff scheduling and rotation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities to ensure the line runs efficiently and goals are met.
• Assist machine operators and supply the team as needed.
• Identify and report production problems to management.
• Keep CPQ checks and metal detectors records on time.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
