Job summary

Intersurgical Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the Second Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm-11:00pm) to assemble components, follow detailed work orders, and inspect product quality.

The role offers a clean, temperature-controlled facility, paid breaks, and a team-focused environment that supports professional growth. You will participate in training, keep your area organized, and contribute to manufacturing life-saving devices used around the world.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components using tools and equipment.
• Follow work orders and detailed instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and label finished products.
• Complete simple production paperwork.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Attend paid training and team meetings.
• Be part of a team that supports each other and gets things done.
