Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Production Floor Supervisor for the Rosenberg, TX site on the second shift. The role supervises machine operators and indirect labor to ensure safe, efficient operations, guided by the WireCo Business System (WBS).

You will coach staff, monitor productivity, and coordinate with maintenance and materials to minimize downtime while upholding ISO 9001 standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Proficient with JDE and HSE production systems.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of process safety management and incident investigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct operators and indirect labor in the supervisor's area.
• Ensure ISO 9001 work instructions are followed.
• Coach and train staff to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Review labor sheets to identify production problems and optimize output.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Material to minimize downtime and shortages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and enforce HSE policies.
• Drive WireCo Business System (WBS) adoption on site.
