Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for Hodges, SC on 2nd shift to oversee a complex production line, coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will lead line workers, coordinate across teams, and drive continuous improvement.

You will gather data, manage performance, and contribute to documentation and training. Relocation is available, and sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create reports on production processes, tools issues, performance, and inventory; share with managers and propose safety/productivity/quality improvements.
• Maintain and update documentation for operating procedures and safety/quality standards; ensure compliance of processes and products.
• Supervise daily production line activities, assign tasks, coordinate teams, ensure safety, monitor performance in a foundry environment.
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and conflicts, monitor safety, and promote collaboration for continuous improvement.
