Job summary

Greif in Austell, GA is seeking a Production Associate for the second shift (2:30 PM to 12:30 AM). You will safely set up equipment, read work orders, and assist with changeovers to meet packaging specifications.

You will perform periodic quality checks, document results in the CSAR system, and help the machine operator with adjustments while keeping accurate counts. A high school diploma is required, and you should be able to perform physically demanding, 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements.
• Physical stamina to perform 10-hour shifts and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment safely to meet production requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders to meet packaging specifications.
• Conduct quality checks and document results per COA/CSAR.
• Assist with changeovers and machine adjustments during setup.
• Communicate issues to the machine operator and maintain counts.
• Elevate issues like defects such as burrs or mis-cuts.
