Job summary

Integer Holdings in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor equipment used in the production of our medical devices. The role may involve equipment setup and finish operations while adhering to safety, environmental, quality, and FDA-regulated procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of regulated manufacturing experience, and the ability to read drawings/blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints; basic visual/dimensional inspection skills.
• Able to read English and follow detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and finish operations as needed.
• Read operating manuals and maintain documentation.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection for conformance to requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork.
