Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, good communication, follow simple instructions, be a team player.
• Physical: Able to work in cool temperatures and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and food safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in different areas as needed.
