Westfield Electroplating Company, Inc. (WEPCO) is hiring for its 2nd shift plating department in a fast-paced environment. We offer TOP wages and an outstanding benefits package for skilled and unskilled laborers.

Employee will train on the first shift (7:00AM-3:30PM) for a few weeks to work independently, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a well-established metal finishing company.

Formación

• Basic math ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short letters and travelers.
• Proficient communication in personal and small group settings within the organization.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Active listening skills for team coordination.
• Dependability in a fast-paced environment.
• Cooperation with colleagues to maintain workflow.
• Adaptability and flexibility in shift work.
• Knowledge of conversion coating is a plus but not required.
